Join me for a month of online health work with a group of people all beginning their health journey by wearing a CGM (Continuous Glucose Monitor) for two weeks at a time.
I’m partnering with the professionals at NUTRISENSE to make sure you have access to their wonderful dietitians, phone app, informational articles/videos, and abundant other resources as you go. Upon conclusion of the “Start Here” program, you will have the option to continue on with many aspects of their offerings if you like. It could be the beginning of a WONDERFUL health relationship.

So why is knowing your Glucose levels important?
- Glucose is like a vital sign. It provides insight into your overall health, nutrition, exercise habits, stress levels, and sleep. By monitoring glucose in real-time, you receive personalized feedback on how your body is operating and what you need to do to improve your overall health.
- As part of the program you will order a CGM. This is a small, painless wearable device that allows you to view your unique glucose responses in real-time, 24/7.
- All the data shows that healing happens best in a group setting. The camaraderie of others doing the same work as you provides support AND accountability to help you achieve your goals. It’s a win/win for sure!
How much does the program cost?
- The cost is $50 plus the cost of your CGM. The price of the CGM will vary depending upon how long you decide you’d like to use one. For the purposes of this course, one month is necessary. But when you sign on to Nutrisense, you will have the option to purchase a subscription to provide you as many months as you would like. Take a look at the pricing below!

- Step 1 – CLICK THIS LINK to join my private portal site and pay for program participation of $50. The link will open in another browser window.
- Step 2 – CLICK THIS LINK to vault to the Nutrisense portal to purchase your CGM. The link will open in another browser window. Once there, you will be prompted to choose a program with the amount of sensors you would like and then complete a health questionnaire. (All participants must be 18 and over and not currently on Insulin).
- Upon payment, your sensors will then be mailed directly to you. To start the Nutrisense process, click on “How it Works” followed by “Get Started” at the top of the Landing page.
Once those two items are complete, you’re in! Look for a welcome email from me and information about the private Facebook page. As soon as you’re enrolled, you can immediately join the conversation with me in the Facebook page.
