May 11, 2024 – Natural Strategies for Men’s Health

Are you confused by all the information you hear or don’t hear about Men’s Health?

Do you need help understanding the WHAT, WHEN, HOW and WHY for creating a comprehensive approach to Men’s Health?

For men, one of the most POTENT general health indicators is TESTOSTERONE level. This hormone is produced in high concentrations in men and it is responsible for many of the secondary sex characteristics such as a deep voice and hair on the chest, a healthy libido, the ability to build muscle mass, and being able to maintain energy levels.

A male’s highest testosterone level usually peaks at about age 20, and then it generally decreases slowly with age. It has been suggested that a 1% decrease in testosterone level per year is not unusual for middle-aged (30 to 50 years old) and older males. While this decrease may not be noticeable in some men, others may experience significant changes starting in their middle-aged years or more commonly at age 60 and above.

What ALL men need to know is that this testosterone decrease can be SIGNIFICANTLY slowed down as they age. And testosterone level ALONE is just one of the markers men can monitor for optimal health.

Natural strategies put in place can help men maintain great levels and health for a lifetime.

In this class participants will learn ALL the factors all play for men to maintain healthy testosterone levels from a naturopathic perspective. We will also break down the factors of modern life that are causing men’s health to plummet, plus learn best supplements, practices and strategies to set in place strong, healthy men.
