If you are looking for a place to get started with your health, a single consult is the way to go. This consult is approximately 1 hour and a half and involves reviewing a functional report using pre-submitted bloodwork of your choice. A detailed health history will be taken as well.
Consult recommendations based on this meeting will be provided within 24 hours of the consult. Suggestions range from dietary guidance, advice for further testing, supplement support, exercise suggestions, herbal supports, bioenergetics, reflexology – or whatever seems the best fit for you! Email follow up support is provided.
