Natural Health and Wellness Fair – Annual Event
As a part of my Urban Naturopath brand, I host a Natural Health and Wellness Fair that brings together the BEST natural health practitioners, businesses, products, and modalities Macomb county has to offer. Live music and HEALTHY food options are available on site. A big feature of this event is my $1 Organic Plant sale using starts from my studio gardens.
Urban Herb Walk
The Urban Herb Walk is a 1-2 hour walk starting at my beautiful Urban Garden on my studio campus. The walk follows a course of 2 immediate city blocks surrounding the garden site. Participants are educated on common “weeds” found in our environment that are actually potent medicines and food. Participants are then treated to food made from herbs found in the environment and receive an information packet detailing all that the plants in our environment provide.
