October 17, 2026 – The goodness of fresh milled flour

GUEST PRESENTER

Elizabeth Moses

Hello, my name is Elizabeth Moses. I’m a retired music teacher who has discovered the joy of making healthy, nutrient-dense breads, muffins, and other baked goods from freshly milled flour.

In this class, we’ll explore how milling whole grains at home preserves their natural flavor, aroma, and nutritional goodness while creating flour that is fresh, flavorful, and full of life.

And, did you know that the word “bread” appears over 400 times in the Bible? Scripture often speaks of grain, bread, and harvest as blessings from the Lord. It has been a source of nourishment for thousands of years in many countries.

From the fields God provides, to the bread we share around our table, Scripture reminds us of the goodness found in simple, wholesome grains.

Matthew 6:11 “Give us this day our daily bread.”

Come experience the flavor, freshness, and goodness of flour milled right from the whole grain. Learn about the history of commercially refined flour, nutrients, different grains that you can use & all the benefits that comes from fresh milling whole grains at home.

Come learn something new. Taste the difference.  Bring some of that goodness home!

All attendees receive a take home resource packet.
